With over 15 years of experience shaping strategy, organizational culture, and leadership across the region, I have led diverse teams, streamlined complex operations, and built partnerships that deliver measurable growth and efficiency. My work stands out for integrating evidence-based practices, values-driven leadership, and psychological insight. I equip leaders and organizations to design solutions that are not only sustainable but also transformative for both people and systems. For me, leadership is more than strategy; it is about creating clarity, alignment, and lasting impact.
Beyond consulting, I am also an author and thought leader. My writings explore leadership, organizational change, self-sabotage, and transformation, drawing from both professional practice and personal reflection. My books and reflections weave together strategy, psychology, and values, while my poetry gives voice to the inner journey of identity, faith, and renewal.

My Story
Today, I bring together more than 15 years of experience in strategy, organizational development, and cultural transformation with the insights I gained in that season of clarity. My work integrates evidence-based practices, values-driven leadership, and psychological insight to help leaders and organizations transform both themselves and the systems they lead.

Education Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Development from United States International University–Africa and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Finance) from the University of Nairobi. I have also pursued advanced training and certifications in design-led strategy, effective partnerships, negotiation, and leadership development, equipping me to bring both academic rigor and practical expertise into every engagement.

Church Life
Beyond consulting, I love teaching and mentoring young people. I serve as a volunteer at Lavington SDA Church, where I teach children and walk with them as they discover their potential. During school holidays, I travel across the country to teach, mentor, and inspire young minds. This work grounds me and keeps my leadership anchored in service.
